Shipping & Returns
Please allow up to 1 week before your items are shipped.
We ship Australia wide.
We use Australia post to send our parcels.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $100 or more.
Under $100 Postage is $8.95.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this stage.
Please note: If you incorrectly enter your shipping address and do not notify Lola & Aye before your order is sent, you will have to pay for new postage.
At Lola & Aye, we pride ourselves in only using the highest of quality materials to make our products. As some of our products are custom made, we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If a product arrives damaged, you must send us an email within 5 days of receiving your item at email@example.com. We will need to see some photographs and a description of the damage to the item. We will refuse a damaged item if you have not sent us an email within the 5 day time frame.
If we deem your item as defective or damaged, we will replace it for the same item. The item will be shipped within 24 hours of Lola & Aye receiving notification that the item is damaged. If you however do not want the item replaced, we will either offer you a store credit to be used on another item or provide you with a refund.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees for refunds. We recommend the customer use registered/tracked postage, as Lola & Aye does not take any responsibility for items that may go missing in the post. Unfortunately, if we do not receive the item, we are not able to offer an exchange/refund.
